2018 Rooted Tree

  • Rooted is an opportunity for our middle school youth to grow in faith and deepen relationships. HOWEVER, everyone in the congregation is invited to participate.  Rooted is intentionally intergenerational and activity based.  Our group's ages have ranged from 11 - 94!
  • Rooted meets at Grace Lutheran Church once or twice a month from 5:15 -7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.  The evening begins with a simple dinner followed by a time of Dwelling in the Word. Then the evening opens into that night's project or activity.  Creating tied fleece blankets for a local agency, baking bread for communion, or learning how to decorate cookies.  We share our faith through it all.
  • Wednesday, February 12th and February 19th at  5:15 pm at Grace. Rooted will continue to meet in the new year at Grace (thanks Grace!). Our quest to learn more about God's Word continues at Rooted. The evening will begin with a simple meal, and as always, there is room at the table for you. If you have questions, talk to Sarah Bultman.
  • Ephesians 3:16-17 says "I pray that according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love."
